  • Shari Redstone is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Advancit Capital. She is a media executive with a wide-ranging background in numerous aspects of the media and digital industry. She is Chair of the Board of Directors of Paramount Global.

    She is also Chairperson, CEO, and President of National Amusements, one of the top 10 movie exhibitors in the U.S. Shari has expanded the company's international footprint and its exploration of new technologies.

    Shari earned a BS from Tufts University. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Paley Center for Media and is actively involved in charitable, civic and educational organizations. She is a member of the Board of Trustees at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

  • Jason is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Advancit Capital. He also advises management at National Amusements Inc. to help identify emerging technologies that enhance the consumer experience for the company’s brands. Previously, Jason served as a Vice President at The Blackstone Group, a global investment firm.

    Jason currently serves on the Board of Directors of Known, a modern marketing company that uses data science, strategy and world class creative for top brands. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School with a concentration in Finance. Jason is involved with several charitable organizations and currently serves as a Director of the Board of the Gift of Life.

  • Jonathan Miller is a Senior Advisor at Advancit Capital. He serves as the CEO of Integrated Media Co , a private equity backed media investment company. Previously, he was the Chief Digital Officer and Chairman and CEO, Digital Media Group for News Corporation, a role in which he drove the Company’s overall digital strategy in conjunction with various operational heads, while also directly overseeing all of News Corp.’s standalone digital businesses. He also acted as News Corp’s principal executive for Hulu and led it’s investment in Roku.

    Previously, Jon was Chairman and CEO of AOL from 2002-2006, where he led AOL’s investment in Kayak, which was sold to Priceline as well as Brightcove, now a public company. Amongst other successful acquisitions, AOL acquired seminal ad network Advertising.com under his watch.

    Earlier in his career, Jon was CEO and President of USA Information and Services -- now IACI and Expedia -- and also served as Managing Director of Nickelodeon International, a unit of Viacom's ( now Paramount Global’s) MTV Networks. From 1987 to 1993, he was Vice President, Programming and Co-General Manager of NBA Entertainment, where he was responsible for league-wide brand management and programming.

    Jon has been an active early stage investor for many years. Jon was a founding partner of Velocity Interactive Group, an investment firm focusing on digital media and consumer Internet sectors and of Fuel Media Commerce, which focused on the creator economy space including an early investment in Maker Studios

    Jon is on the Boards of Akamai Technologies, Inc., Nielsen PLC., the Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. And Ziff Davis. In addition, he serves as a non-profit Director/Trustee for the American Film Institute and Paley Center for Media. Jon has been awarded the Inaugural Pioneer Prize, Producers Guild of America, 2005 the Inaugural Vanguard Award, International Emmy Association, 2006 the Digital Power Player of the Year, Hollywood Reporter, 2009 and the Monaco Media Festival, Interactive Pioneer Award, 2010. Jon holds a B.A. with honors from Harvard College.
